Our Operator
Our operator, Brent Ripple, was born and raised in Coral Springs, Florida! Brent's journey with Chick-fil-A began in 2012 as a team member where his passion for hospitality and leadership quickly emerged. Brent's hard work and dedication led him to various leadership roles in South Florida and Chicago, where he worked alongside other operators and made a positive impact on his team and community.
In 2019, Brent's commitment and leadership were recognized when he became the Owner/Operator at Jordan Creek Town Center Mall in Iowa. Always aspiring to be closer to family, Brent and his wife, Bethany, saw their dream come true on February 16, 2023, when Brent proudly opened Chick-fil-A Palmetto in Boca Raton, Florida.
Brent is passionate about fostering hospitality, nurturing leadership, and helping others grow into their best selves. His influence goes beyond the restaurant, as he continuously strives to make a positive impact on the community he serves. Despite his roles as a devoted father and husband, Brent dedicates most of his time to the restaurant, working closely with his team. Brent's story is a testament to the power of dedication, hard work, and the desire to make a difference.
